Burgundy Hollow Horse Trials / Mix & Match

Closing date:   Sunday prior to event.  Late entries considered.

Dressage Judge:  Oct. 3   :  TBA

*  Dressage tests may be read.
*  Whips may be carried in dressage.
*  No timing for stadium or xc.
*  Divisions for horse trials will be determined by stadium and xc height.
*  Dressage tests A and B may be in same division.
*  Scoring for combined test or horse trials will be determined by first ride in each phase.
*  Rider/horse combination must enter same level for all phases for CT and HT.
*  Different riders may ride same horse if scheduling permits and horse.
*  Food Available.
*  Dogs must be leashed.
*  We recommend to bring your own water.  We will have a stock tank with water with dipping buckets.

Management reserves the right to decline a horse or rider a second round on xc for any horse that has already done
each phase and appears fatigued.  Refunds may be given for any phase not completed due to fatigue.  Normal
temperature, pulse and respiration may be required if horse appears stressed before being allowed to continue in
any phase.

Cross Country Course

Burgundy Hollow's Cross Country Course includes a variety of obstacles.  We have recently built a bank
complex which includes heights and drops for the Into, Starter, BN, Novice and Training levels.  We have
also built an introduction to a sunken road consisting to a drop followed by several gallop strides to an up.
Our June event debuted our new ditch!
The course also includes portables, verticles, tables, roll tops, coups, ramps, and logs.

The starter, BN and N courses follow close to the same route.  BN continues beyond the finish of the
starter and N continues beyond the finish of BN.
